CV's inspiration for starting Ozarks Elite came from the need to pay tuition to North Arkansas College. A suggestion from a buddy in Oklahoma City to start a FSBO or For Sale By Owner site based in Northwest Arkansas was offered as a solution. Through research into the feasability of such a site CV noticed there was not an adequate one-stop information and promotion avenue for the entire Ozark Mountain Region.
