Each service includes a flat concierge fee plus a small percentage of the total cost. Grocery service is optional — the concierge base fee applies to all bookings.

Grocery Shopping, Delivery & Stocking

*Extended areas may incur an upcharge
Example — Pickup: $150 order = $15 (10%) + $35 = $50 fee
Example — We Shop: $150 order = $15 (10%) + $50 = $65 fee
Please note: We recommend confirming with your vacation rental host that adequate refrigerator and freezer space is available to accommodate your grocery order. OEC will need a contact name and number for your host to schedule deliveries.

Experience Planning & Booking

Concierge Fee $25 flat + 10% service fee
Includes Up to 2 activities
Extra Activities +$10 each
Example: $300 experience = $30 (10%) + $25 flat = $55 total fee

Event & Special Occasion Setup

Concierge Base Fee $50 flat
Service Percentage 15% of costs
Example: $200 decor & supplies = $30 (15%) + $50 flat = $80 total fee

Concierge Errands & Personal Requests

Concierge Base Fee $35 flat fee
Service Percentage 15% of purchase total
Example: $40 wine pickup = $6 (15%) + $35 flat = $41 total fee
