The Spring on Main

Favorites: Panko avocado & crab or shishito peppers (appetizer), Miso charred salmon (main — I could eat this every day! I always ask for extra mushrooms & sauce).
Why Go: Stylish atmosphere, creative cocktails, and a menu that keeps you coming back.

Bubba's BBQ

Favorites: Chips & salsa (appetizer), Ribs are great, coleslaw is my fav!
Why Go: Fun & relaxed atmosphere, beer and wine, and consistently great food and service.

Grotto Wood-Fired Grill & Wine Cave

Favorites: Burrata (appetizer), Ribeye with baked potato (main).
Why Go: Romantic and cozy with a wood-fired menu and excellent wine list. Sit at the bar for a fun, interactive experience — go with a significant other, a friend, or even enjoy it solo.

Ermilio's Italian Home Cooking

Favorites: Mussels (appetizer), Fish of the day or Pasta Primavera (main), House salad with BLUE CHEESE!
Why Go: Cozy Italian in a Victorian home with house-made sauces and comfort food charm.

Local Flavor Café

Favorites: Artichoke dip with grilled bread (appetizer — I'd order just the bread if they offered it alone!), Chicken Gorgonzola Cream (main), Crème brûlée (dessert — fabulous).
Why Go: Artistic vibe with eclectic dishes and one of the best brunches in town.

McGarity's Irish Pub

Favorites: Shrimp cocktail (appetizer), Salmon, shrimp & grits or fish & chips (main).
Why Go: Fun pub atmosphere, creative cocktails, good service and great pub fare.

Basecamp

Favorites: Mussels (appetizer), Steak or Fish & Chips (main).
Why Go: Relaxed but lovely setting, great wine selection, a beautiful patio and large parking lot.

Mud Street Café

Favorites: Great spot for lunch — sandwiches, hearty fare, and too many amazing desserts to pick just one.
Why Go: Underground charm, cozy atmosphere, and award-winning coffee.

Le Stick Nouveau

Favorites: Haven't tried yet — on my list!
Why Go: French-inspired fine dining and chef-driven tasting menus. A true gem.

Gaskins Cabin Steakhouse

Favorites: Prime rib (main).
Why Go: Historic log cabin setting with a great menu across the board. Service is wonderful, and their wine list and cocktails are top notch.

Sparky's Roadhouse Café

Favorites: Chips & salsa, onion rings (appetizers), Miami Tuna (main). Great drinks, too.
Why Go: Fun atmosphere with retro flair and comfort food favorites.

Balcony Restaurant (Basin Park Hotel)

Favorites: Burgers (main).
Why Go: Stay for the balcony view overlooking downtown — great for people-watching.

Sky Bar Gourmet Pizza (Crescent Hotel)

Favorites: Pizza — simple and delicious.
Why Go: Amazing view of the Ozarks from the Crescent Hotel balcony.

Chelsea's Café

Favorites: Pizza (only thing I've tried — because it's so good I never order anything else!).
